The following highlights these services: EXECUTIVE SEARCH SERVICES Direct-Hire Search Direct-Hire Search offers complete, full-service search where there is a critical need and must be filled in a short period of time and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. This option is designed to provide your company the highest priority attention in addressing your corporate talent needs. You may utilize our direct-hire search option for your most pressing senior and middle management position openings. We charge a percentage based on the first year’s total cash compensation or a “flat fee”. These services are secured by a retainer or partial retainer based on the position level. On full retainers, we give back a percentage of the paid-in-full search fees to a charity of the client partner’s choice. Consulting Services Consulting Services optimizes your company’s internal hiring efforts and employee program initiatives. Your company may utilize these unbundled services to attract talent for immediate or anticipated openings. Our A la Carté recruiting services menu includes the following: position strategy development, description development, compensation surveys, source company identification, direct recruiting, resume reviews, candidate assessments and screening, in-person interviews, interview coordination, background checks, degree verification, reference investigations, offer development and other consulting services. These services are charged by the hour based on the project. CONTRACT SERVICES Interim Management Search Interim Management Search addresses your organization’s need to manage the accelerated pace and demand for skilled professionals, technical talent and executives on an interim project basis. By using contract talent, you can lower your headcount while receiving greater flexibility. You may further set up contract-to-direct hiring or “try before you buy” when you want to evaluate a candidate’s skill level, technical ability, and overall "fit" before you make a direct hiring offer. These services are billed once contractor or interim director begins work with the company for the duration of the project and/or until the contractor becomes a direct-hire. Conversion fee may apply based on the timing of contractor or interim director converting to direct-hire employee.
